"I’ve had difficulty finding someone to make repairs to my existing irrigation system. Everyone wants to install but not do repairs when a valve breaks or head needs replaced or there is a leak - seems to be a real shortage in the Hickory region of people who will do irrigation repairs. That was my problem until we found Austin with 828 Landscape. He is professional, a good communicator and is totally about finding the problem and fixing it. I almost hesitate to post this review because then he’ll get too busy to work on my system when I need him."

Apart from that, it is the owner who gave me crap about contacting him rather frequently and changing the plan related to one tree. He is a very poor communicator and letting you know when your job will be done. I realize that weather plays a factor in timing, however, this man did nothing to help indicate when they would be coming out until it was a week and a half before and even then he gave me incorrect information about when they would be out. Secondly, as a businessman, he thinks that the customer is there for the convenience of the owner rather than the other way around. He literally yelled at me over the phone and told me I was aggravating him and interrupti"
