"Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. "I couldn’t be happier with the patio and sidewalk that the Maven Group installed at my home. It has a stamped concrete finish. They were very professional and helpful in guiding me through the decisions with the project. The patio and sidewalk look great and they left things in great shape when they left - pressure washed and repaired any tracks from the equipment (seeded and strawed). As an added bonus- my point-of-contact initially as well as the crew performing the work were all very nice and helpful. For reference: I should say that they actually removed and replaced a patio and sidewalk that another company did an unbelievably poor job on (and on that note: I would NOT recommend Austin Stamp Crete, Color Scapes, Inc., or Grant Parker DBA as either). So having such a bad experience with the first installation by another company, I was overly cautious with this one and had LOTS of questions. Everyone at Maven was very patient with all my questions. I recieved a recommendation for the Maven Group from a friend and would also recommend them to anyone else needing concrete work so am writing this review. I just wish I had found them sooner!"

"One corner of the house had settled creating cracks in the concrete block walls of the garage. Raisecrete hand excavated the corner plus 1 area on the north wall, and 1 area on the east wall about 5 feet from the corner. They dug to approximately 2 feet below the foundation footer, placed #4 rebar in the areas excavated and poured 4000 PSI concrete to create new spread footers. After the new footers cured, heat treated steel plates were placed on the footers, then 30 ton bottle nose jacks on the plates, then heat treated steel plates on top of the jacks underneath the existing foundation. The jacks were used to raise the foundation back to its original position (as close as possible) and then encased in 4000 PSI concrete. The excavated areas were then backfilled with dirt. In addition, the stucco was removed from several areas along the cracks and carbon fiber strips epoxied to the concrete block. After curing, the carbon fiber patches and the cracks were covered with stucco. The only disappointment with the finished product is that the color of the new stucco is much darker than the existing stucco.

"It was $300 cheaper to rip out and replace my sidewalk then do concrete leveling. I chose leveling due to schedule. That could be done immediately. Rip out and replace not till spring and then it would create a mess. In the end i wish I would have waited. The leveling was so so. I believe what the contractor did was best that the technology could do. I talked to the craft about my concerns while on-site and they were straight forward with answers. Basically technology was over sold. MasterServices was professional. They followed up before install and after.. There is a difference between service and product. My issue is totally with product delivered. Let's talk price as I'm sure many want to know costs. The minimum charge is $1500, but thats standard in the industry. I had 10 foot of sidewalk so that is why it would have been cheaper to replace. Actually 10 ft was lifted but the quote on replacement was everything 20' plus front stoop. Would I work with masterservices again? Wow that really depends! In my mind its the product delivered, not about how many times customer service calls you."
