We also had structural problems caused by the water leak. Theyâ ve made our house better than new. They have sistered and replaced everything from floor joists, subfloors, flooring, wallboard all the way to the crack in our brick. We totally replaced our bathrooms and are so thankful for how well they have turned out. We have known Frank for years and knew he was reliable and trustworthy. "I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."
