"Frank and his crew came in and removed all of the mold and sealed off for protection. They were able to remove all of the mold and debris very quickly. We also had structural problems caused by the water leak. Theyâ ve made our house better than new. They have sistered and replaced everything from floor joists, subfloors, flooring, wallboard all the way to the crack in our brick. We totally replaced our bathrooms and are so thankful for how well they have turned out. We have known Frank for years and knew he was reliable and trustworthy. "Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. "When you hire someone to do a major project like reworking your basement so it doesn't flood, you hope that they 1. solve the problem and 2. stand by their work. Our situation was challenging in that it took a few tries and commitment to solve the problem. Acculevel stood by their work 120% which is not an exaggeration. When their initial solution unfortunately did not work as well as planned, the level of care and things they did to remedy the situation were well above and beyond what I know others would have done. They made it right and then some. It is my opinion that the challenges we faced would have occurred with ANY provider, but Acculevel kept their promise to fix our problem vs find a way to exit. He evaluated the large wasted attic space for repurposing since we weren't allowed by the City to add it to the house footprint. He built a 2nd living room, still leaving a small attic space for storage. They also completely transformed the main bathroom having outdated (1994) jet tub, shower, and lack of storage, into every square foot, purposeful (and beautiful). To date, they redid our small bathroom fiberglass tub/shower into a tiled shower enclosure with a low entry for easy entry. His knowledge and skills of his crew amaze us every time, always exceeding our expectations."

"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
