"If you have ever shopped for replacement windows then you know the drill. Its a nightmare. They come out measure your windows then put on a demonstration of "thier" window and how great "thier" window as opposed to the competition. If thats not bad enough then there is the high pressure to sign a contract to by their window right then and there. Don't deal with companies that do this!
Must Do; One of the most important questions I did get to the ask them was how long from the time I order and pay for my windows will I get them; 6-8 weeks.

I called two days later ordered the windows and asked her if the my sons scout troop could receive the donation. The things that I see that would help the most is if it were easier to get a hold of them on the phone or if their website worked. Just being able to contact someone in person. Sometimes, you can't explain everything online. We were able to get a hold of them, we were able to talk to them. It just takes some time, they had to jump through the hoops with their company, we understood that, but they came through and got us a new furnace. A nice new furnace too."
