We employee two service technicians/electricians and are licensed and insured to provide you with and knowledgeable service for when you need it most. We are the only Generac Automatic Home Standby Generator sales and service dealer located in Northwest TN. We service all of Northwest TN and the Bootheel of MO. Our technicians have been to multiple Generac training classes and continually take refresher courses to stay ontop of their trade. For your convenience we accept all major credit crads, debit cards, cash or checks.

"I have used Power Solutions for a number of years and have been very pleased by the work performed by Mr. Raymond. However, I paid $427.00 for twice a year service in November 2022. To date, I have not received any service, nor does Power Solutions return my calls or my emails. I am truly surprised by this as I always received excellent service from them in the past. Regarding the next question on this form, money was paid but no services were performed. Regarding the question of would I hire them again, unless someone can explain what is happening, I probably would not hire them again."
