Our fireplaces are the only Fireplaces with a heat reduction option of 73% to 83% and still have a beautiful flame to enjoy with out being over heated.

The last straw was when they sent someone out to look at our furnace, he was there under 30 minutes, said the "door panel" wasn't closed correctly and charged us $368! When I called the office the next day, at first they were understanding and I thought they would correct the invoice that was for no real service or parts at all, and just charge me the trip charge, but they had already cashed the check and 2 days later claimed there was nothing they could do. I immediately cancelled our membership with all of their services! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
