"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. "I love having Trey come out he installed a furnace replaced some parts in our ac unit but now we have a major leak it’s gonna get hot again and I need help but he won’t respond back I get they are busy so is everyone else just respond back if u can’t help then tell me so i hope he calls back i like his fast work but can’t be waiting with the heat coming back he’s and awesome worker"
