They were awesome!!! They showed up when they said they would and were professional every step of the way!! Also our dryer vent proved to be a difficult one and they did what needed to be done including climbing up in the attic!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Both workers were on time, neat and clean in appearance. After introductions, the workers immediately began to work. Re-iterated that it would take 4-5 hours to clean the furnace, A/C unit and 24 vents. I liked that they periodically updated me on their progress. Both gentleman were polite/courteous and did their best to be the least intrusive as possible. I was impressed with how they cleaned up after themselves. At the end of the job, they showed me what they removed from the vents. It appeared the vents had never been cleaned prior to use moving in. Last night is the first night I did not wake up sneezing or coughing (yeah). At the end of the job, the bill was exactly what was quoted on the phone. I would highly recommend Dyna-Kleen. Truly 5 star service.

Wonderful family business. Easy to work with and answered all of my questions and provided an estimate via phone. Arrived on time. Very courteous. We have 3 cats who hate loud noise and they were wonderful working around them and the room they were in. When they were finished, they cleaned up everything and it was impossible to even know they had been there. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

They arrived 5 minutes early and finished in about 2 1/2 hours. They were courteous and knew what they were doing. The two men cleaned heating and cooling air ducts, furnace fan, and cooling coils. Eliminated a bad odor in the house.
