This shop is amazing. After no luck finding anybody locally who could repair wicker in my antique chair, I shipped the chair to the Wicker Shop. The quality and friendliness of the staff was top notch. I cant recommend them enough.
Joe is the only person I'll call for any and all future appliance repairs.
I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out the same day. They diagnosed the problem and repaired the furnace to working order in less than an hour. No parts were needed and there was only a trip charge plus a labor charge.
Repairs took longer than I would have liked although the quality of the repairs was good.
I called Sound Appliance and their repair man showed up on time and fixed the problem with no hassle or drama. It was so easy! Thank you Angie and Sound Appliance.
