"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"First time I met Mr Thorson was on a Friday evening around 7pm.. Our AC stopped cooling and it was June 2021. Mr Thorson responded after hours and fixed our unit. He was quick and efficient, and reasonable. The next year (2022) the AC crapped out again almost to the day one year later.Again Mr Thorson responded and got us up and running. This time we decided it was time for a new unit. The unit has been installed and works great, Jackie and her assistant replaced my heat and ac unit. They did a great job. I highly recommend Thorson Heating and AC, price quality and ease of communication are top notch and I have a hometown company that I can count on for my duration. The last straw was when they sent someone out to look at our furnace, he was there under 30 minutes, said the "door panel" wasn't closed correctly and charged us $368! When I called the office the next day, at first they were understanding and I thought they would correct the invoice that was for no real service or parts at all, and just charge me the trip charge, but they had already cashed the check and 2 days later claimed there was nothing they could do. I immediately cancelled our membership with all of their services! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
