"My 6 year old refrigerator broke at the end July. Called K & D and they couldn’t come for 2 weeks. When they came, they took 2 min diagnosing it and then ordered parts. For the next 3 months, Samsung called me weekly saying they shipped the ice maker and wanted to know if K&D had done the work, but when I called K&D they couldn’t tell me when the parts would arrive or even where they were in the order process. Each time I called K&D they had no idea what was going on or where my parts were. After getting the run around for 3 months they said they had the parts to fix the frig but not the ice maker. When the tech arrived, it turns out he still only had half the parts and again they couldn’t tell me when the remaining part would arrive. In the meantime, Samsung dismissed K&D as a service provider (they were frustrated too) and I received a call from Owens Interstate Sales out of Sturgis. They said he had the parts and could come out in 2 days. They showed up at the time scheduled time, not a 4-hour time range like K&D, fixed the frig in an hour and billed me$102. I then cancelled the repair with K&D, and they preceded to send me a bill for $415. I wish I would’ve never called K&D. K&D is the most incompetent and overpriced service company I’ve dealt with. Owens on the other hand were amazing and charged a fair price."

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
