"The guys who did the work were very courteous. They made strong efforts to prevent limb damage to any structures and fences, cleaned up thoroughly after work completed and were very personable. They asked for an evaluation of worked performed (trimming limbs from a large tree that had not been trimmed for many years) and showed us which limbs might need future trimming if water damage occurred. He would check with us during the project to make sure the trees were being trimmed as asked and he also had helpful ideas to help the health of the trees in the future.
