"Midwestern Mechanical did an outstanding job. Trigg especially. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Where competitors pushed and used scare tactics on seniors to totally replace the whole heating and A/C unit instead of replacing a fan, housing motor.. competitor said they couldnt find the parts. That it could take 3 months to get Saying this during 90 degree weather. Midwestern Mechanical came in instantly found the problem, got the parts needed, and had it fixed . In four hours they had our A/C working like a charm. It cost us 900.00 compared to close to 10,000.00. Midwestern Mechanical has a loyal customer from here on in. I’ve been singing their praises ever since to all that will listen. It’s nice to know that There are still honest and hardworking people out there. Not trying to take advantage of seniors . "Buyers Beware – Total Waste of Money We purchased the premium home warranty package through Home Warranty Inc (homewarrantyinc.com) when we bought our home in October 2024, including the add-on for sprinkler system coverage. As anyone familiar with North Dakota knows, sprinkler systems must be winterized in September or October to prevent freeze damage. Ours was professionally blown out as soon as we moved in. Fast forward to spring—sprinkler systems in this region typically aren’t used again until late May, after the last freeze. We hired a professional sprinkler company to perform the spring startup and inspection. They found that multiple valves weren’t working properly. I filed a claim with the home warranty company immediately. Despite having the coverage, they denied the claim, saying it was a "pre-existing condition." That’s absolutely ridiculous, considering the system was winterized upon move-in and wasn’t even operational until months later. To make matters worse, this company has no partnered service providers in our town. You're expected to find your own technician, and good luck finding one who’s willing to work with them. Even if you do, you're likely stuck paying a significant amount out of pocket if anything needs to be replaced. This company is a complete scam. They take your money and leave you high and dry when it actually matters. I would never recommend them to anyone."

He left to get materials and didn't return. After several no-shows, I contacted Wolff's Plumbing and Heating. Within a few hours, all of the work was done. Rod, who worked on the plumbing, and Wyatt, who worked on the furnace and AC, were very professional and courteous. They made sure that I understood what the problem was, what to look for in the future, and ways I could save money."
