"Paid more than 20k for a brand new system that included a 2 year maintanence warranty from Feb 2023. In April my unit broke and had no a/c in 2023, and they continued to blow my repair requests off until june. Also, for some reason they claim the maintenance warranty is expired as of Feb 2024. Simple math would detirmine that the warranty expires in 2025, but with our repeated emails, they continue to say it is expired. And now there is another issue and it is only the 2nd year having their unit in the house. I would not recommend them to anyone."

I assume because they were angry about coming back out they covered up two of my vents so I can't attach the pipes to them. I can't even find the ends. I will need to dig the expensive foam out to find them."

"We hired Performance Energy to air seal our attic and add additional insulation. Their representative provided a clear explanation of their process and provided a thorough assessment of our home's energy concerns. I had already done a lot to the house, so I was pleased to have a second set of eyes evaluating my work. They arrived with a crew of four, three were in the attic for several hours sealing all the gaps and cracks between the attic and the living space. They also used a thermal camera to check for leaks in my HVAC ductwork that was in the attic - prior to insulating. Once all the sealing was complete, they proceeded to add additional insulation throughout the attic. The only snafu was their generator died. We looked at the electrical connections and found the brushes in the motor had overheated and melted. It took about an hour to get a replacement generator and they were able to finish the project. Other than the generator - things went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them if you want to make your house more energy efficient. Don't add extra insulation until you have air-sealed!!"

A family member needed a new HVAC unit, and Walter and his team exceeded our expectations. We explained the importance of having central heat and air as soon as humanly possible but needed an unconventional approach. We needed a change agent. We were requesting consideration because we could not afford the total costs associated with the traditional methods of purchasing a new system. Exhausted, and thinking outside of the box, to help meet the need for heating a home during this winter season, we thought of purchasing a unit.
