"My initial appointment went well so I called them back out to help with a separate issue. The tech was a no show on the Friday for the time he specified. When I called him to ask where he was he advised me that he was stuck at another job & couldn’t make it to mine. He said he could make it out the following day. That day ( on a Saturday) he quoted me $180 charge just to come out. I agreed because I was desperate to get an answer so I paid $185 for a 15 minute appointment. They just didn’t want to be bothered, it was an excessive fee for doing nothing in tough economic times."
