"We were desperate to get help with our electrical issues, and no other company had any availability for days or even weeks. Mr. Electric sent someone out immediately. Josh, the technician, was so helpful. He took the time to listen to everything, was unfailingly polite, checked every outlet, and gave us the answers we needed. I can't recommend this company enough."

"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."
