Arrived when he said he would (I live in Elgin). Did a great job. Cleaned the machine out and ran 2 clean cycles and kept pulling stuff out of machine (at least 3 cups). Warned me that a few carpet fibers and backing would keep flushing thru for a while. He showed me how to get to and clean...
