"This is the type of company I really enjoy doing business with. I called late afternoon when our water heater failed. It was old and clearly needed replacing. They were at my door within 10 minutes of my call!! Granted, they had a crew nearby finishing up another job. Even more impressive, they fully installed a new heater with a hot water recirculator before dinner the same day! When I had a stupid question, they offered to come back - the same night. When I had another question, they responded after hours and offered to come back again during the weekend, no additional charge. Thankfully I figured out my stupidity so the service call was unnecessary.
