He has done electrical, plumbing, and built in shelves, especially at the mobile park. It is hard to find contractors to do the work, but he is available, affordable, and worth the money. Once we set the time and date the inspector called to let us know he was on his way and was on time. When he came out, he explained what he was going to do as part of the inspection. After inspecting the roof, he asked to go into the attic to complete his evaluation. Once he was done, he took his time to explain what he found and provided us with picture so we could make an informed decision. We talked through the different options. We then made the decision to go with Mighty Dog Roofing. He explained the next steps. The process went quickly for us. They came out on a Monday and started work on Thursday of the same week. What stands out to us is that we were kept informed every step of the way. In our case we had to do a full roof replacement. The crew that worked on our roof were very polite and professional. First and most important, when I agree on a contract with a customer, the job is discussed in detail with each other and the price is set to be fair. No surprises at the end of the construction job with big costs to the customer. I will do either a lump-sum contract with allowances or cost-plus contract. I am very easy to work with. We treat our customers like we would want to be treated. My job is to make sure your home is the way that you want it to be with the highest of quality. During construction, I will work with you on a daily basis to make sure that you are happy with the end result. After construction, I will be there for you if you need me. The curing time for stucco typically takes several weeks to fully complete. During the curing process, the stucco undergoes a chemical reaction and gradually hardens. It's important to note that curing is different from drying. While the surface of the stucco may dry relatively quickly within a few hours or days, the curing process continues beneath the surface, strengthening and solidifying the stucco. 

It's best to avoid excessive moisture exposure during the curing period, as it can impede the curing process. The exact curing time can vary based on factors such as temperature, humidity, and the specific stucco mixture used.
