"I thought the gentleman that Carpet Wizard sent out was especially kind. I called upon their services particularly for a cat urine problem I had embedded into my rugs. He used a special heavy-duty odor eliminator and made it a successful visit. He was all packed up and ready to leave when I remembered I had a small area rug that was also stained by my cat. He pulled everything back out and stayed until that too was clean."
