"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"A few months ago my rental house had a flood due to a clogged drain outside the lower floor door resulting in an inch or two of water into the living space and carpeted areas including a couple bedrooms of the tenants. Even though we had steam cleaned and set up dehumidifiers I wanted to be sure there were no unseen issues so I contacted Moisture Solutions. They came out the next day and tested and sure enough, even though there were no visible signs of mold or damage, the spore count was well above the acceptable levels. They explained the results and the different options and incremental steps that might need to be taken. After a good cleaning of all the rooms they came out again and fogged the house and had HEPA filter fans running for several days. When they re-tested we got the lab results back showing an 89% reduction in total spore counts, now well below acceptable limits.
