They installed 6 new flush mount 4" lights in the living room, replaced the canned lights in the kitchen with same only 6", installed dimmer switches and investigated a dead outlet. "Shawn Crisp came to assess our project and got back with us the next week when he said he would. He arrived at the appointed time with Howard ready to install a design of pipe rails that fit the need perfectly without interfering with maintenance that may need to be done. Now we can change our filters easily and is also a safety measure for anyone needing to enter or exit the attic space. They also securely rehung a 35 lb decorative mirror in our dining room without any damage to the wallpapered wall. They were professional, congenial and fair. They did a wonderful job and we would recommend SC Maintenance to anyone that needs a job well done."
