"Nate came out at the scheduled time and immediately went to work fixing my outdoor spigot/faucet. He was very professional and appears to be very skilled at plumbing. He also checked and adjusted my water pressure before he left which I appreciated and he took the time to address additional concerns that I did not originally call him out for. Professional, skilled, and thorough. I will be calling on GatorFlow/ Nate in the near future! Thank you Angi for the great referral and thank you Nate for a job well done."

"Billy and Paula were outstanding! They repaired, replaced and installed several faucets and toilets at a great price. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. What a God send after getting a ridiculous quote from another company. Hire them and you won't be disappointed."

"These guys went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. My new refrigerator was too big for the spot it had to go. These young men removed wood from the insert until my fridge not only fit but I could open both doors (one side was against a wall). Then we discovered the water line didn’t work, so the guys immediately became plumbers and had to crawl under my house to fix the line. I am very happy! Hire them - apparently they can do anything!"

Drain Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Anything you drop down your sink runs the risk of damaging and clogging your pipes. Hair, bits of food, and other debris can catch on the item and build up over time, causing a clog. Even if it’s not valuable, it’s definitely worth trying to retrieve the item, or at the very least, asking a pro for specific advice.

No, you should not see water in a sewer cleanout. If you do, it could indicate that you have a block or leak in your main sewer line—which can cause sewage to back up inside your home and potentially flood your yard. Your best bet is to call a local sewer cleaner if you notice any water or sewage around your cleanout.

If your dishwasher keeps filling with water at the bottom but doesn’t fill into the sink, the issue is likely due to a blockage within the dishwasher or drain. Regularly clean your dishwasher filter basket to ensure it’s not clogged with food, and run a vinegar rinse periodically if you have hard water to remove limescale buildup.

If the drain pump on your washing machine is continuously draining, it could be that the control board is damaged and requires repair, or there’s a clogged or kinked drain hose. If you can’t locate the problem, you’ll want to have a plumber or appliance repair expert come take a look.

You should inspect and clean your French drain at least once per year to keep it in good working order. Regular maintenance can help identify clogs, buildup, and damage before they become bigger problems, which increases the lifespan of your drain. The frequency with which a drain clogs can depend on factors like the amount of debris, the quality of the installation, and the type of filter used. If your drain accumulates a lot of sediment, it may require more frequent cleaning. It's also a good practice to check the access and exit points after heavy storms. If you notice reduced drainage or any signs of a clog, clean the drain as soon as possible.
