Called Andy on Sunday morning because I couldn't get one irrigation zone to shut off.

He led me step by step over the phone with a temporary solution until he could get to me on Monday morning.

He had to rearrange his schedule to get out to me.

When he was running about 30 minutes late, he called to let me know.

He and his son worked their butts off for 2 hours using a probe and sensor and digging thru roots

to find the old valves, replace them and solve my problem.
