My names Cayden Shadoan, I’m 23 years old. I have a beautiful wife and daughter. I have a full time job as a pipe welder in Sumter South Carolina. I’m on here just looking to pick up a couple extra jobs here and there in hopes of starting my own business one day to be able to stay home with my family more. I can do pretty much anything that needs done in or around your house. Specializing in building fences or repairing fences, any kind of piping jobs, or any welding. Thank you for considering me to help you get what you need done. Hope to see you soon.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

I run a professional Airbnb cleaning service here in the area, and I specialize in fast, detailed turnovers that help hosts maintain 5-star reviews. I handle everything from deep cleaning and linen changes to restocking essentials and making sure the space is guest-ready every time.\n\nI’m reliable, flexible with scheduling (including same-day turnovers), and I always provide photo updates after each clean so you have peace of mind.\n\nIf you’re ever in need of a dependable cleaner or looking to switch services, I’d love to help.

Chimney Inspection questions, answered by experts

If your homeowners insurance company has required that you get a roof inspection, they’ll cover the cost. Roof inspections are actually quite common with home insurance policies, as the insurer needs to understand the risk they’re taking on. However, if you get a roof inspection of your own volition, you’ll need to pay for it out of pocket.

EPDM roofs have a few common problems, most of which can be resolved with regular maintenance. This type of roofing is laid down in sheets with seams, which can be a starting point for leaks. Proper installation and roof sealing can often avoid seam issues.

The material is also susceptible to tears and punctures from falling branches or other sharp objects. There are black and white versions of EPDM, and the black version is more prone to fade and succumb to UV damage. Regular roof inspections can protect the costs of rubber roof installation and extend the life of your roof.

You may not always be able to see a soft spot on the roof from the exterior. If the underlying damage isn’t yet severe enough to cause the shingles to buckle or show other signs of damage, you may not be able to see that there’s a problem from the outside. A roof inspection will be able to identify soft spots. When a roofer walks on the surface of your roof, they’ll be able to find soft or spongy sections.

Yes, many chimney professionals offer cap installations to prevent debris buildup and animal entry.

The length of time you can leave a leaking roof before it causes damage will vary greatly depending on a variety of factors. The best approach when it comes to roof leaks is to play it safe and fix it as soon as possible, whether you take the DIY route or hire a roofing professional to inspect, diagnose, and repair the problem.
