NACG Lined the chimney on May 15. Contacted the company three times to send pictures and explain why I had several chunks of concrete in the boiler room and dining area. There was no response. I stopped payment on the check and then finally got call. In order to resolve the chimney, it is my understanding that the metal liner to the chimney connection is not a proper material and would require installing a cleanout on the chimney and sealing the connection

Two years later, we had a chimney cleaning from another company and they reviewed the work of the North American chimney and they clearly did not do it up to code to put on the cap and took the easy way, used the wrong size cap and bolted it down so it would not be easy for future cleanings.

They contacted me on a Saturday less than 12 hours from my request and offered to send someone out that day. We scheduled for Tuesday and they were on time and the Crew Leader Jimmy J. was informative and professional. We scheduled additional work that was very well priced (we checked). Work was completed as promised and they actually left the work area cleaner than when they started. We renovate 3-4 houses a year and will definitely use them again

First let me say the company specializes in Chimney and Gutter and you HAVE NO category or service for the chimney. I responded to a phone solicitation for chimney cleaning and inspection. Arrival was as scheduled, price as stated but the photos of the chimney inspection were very suspicious and I was immediately offered a fantastic deal to line and cap my chimney. I refused as he was pushing the **deal** and I had no interest in accepting. I requested photos of the pictures he took 3 times and never received them. Upon having a 2nd opinion from a very reputable company they found NO need for the work. And when I thought about the appointment with NA Chimney it occurred to me I never heard the vacuum when the assistant went to clean the lower part of the chimney. Need I say more?? Maybe I had the bad apple but he was representing the company.

They came for an estimate, but they were so reasonable that I asked them to do the job right then. I need a part for my chimney, and they ordered it right away. When it comes in, I just call them to finish the job. I give them a lot of credit, climbing on the roof, like they do. Nice guys.

I hired North American chimney and gutter to clean a wood-burning stove that vented through a brick chimney I knew I had some brick work that needed to be done they did the work the same day and the price was very reasonable the technicians we're very knowledgeable and explained everything to me where I could understand the work was done they would meet and cleaned up after themselves you would have never known they were there with the exception of I had a nice clean wood stove and my chimney was as good as new I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a cleaning of a fireplace wood stove or any repair
