"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. GSM has been in business for a very long time.  I know why.  GSM was professional from the original contact, to the quote, to the install, the testing, and the follow up.  The advisor answered my questions, and was available later for follow up questions.  They gave me a range of quotes which I really appreciated and helped me make a fair comparison to other quotes I received.  This company guarantees your satisfaction and comfort, and they give that to you in writing.  They were willing to work with me on scheduling the installation, and kindly provided a portable unit to keep me cool overnight.  The weather was in the high 90s and this was a two day job.  The technicians who actually did the work were courteous and respectful of my home.  I felt completely comfortable with them coming in and out as needed.

Once the installation was done, they gave me good clear instructions on using the system; I feel comfortable with the programmable thermostat.  They cleaned up after themselves well too.  They have provided detailed information on how I can reach them with any questions or concerns.  These guys understand customer service.  I anticipate a long business relationship with them.
