"Andressa Services was absolutely amazing!! First time I ever used a vendor from Angi. She responded right away and was able to accommodate my urgent request before my moving truck came. We have since hired her for regular service. Our house never felt so clean. I would highly recommend Andressa Services"

Emergency services offered

"Reubin was very professional, charged a fair price, and did a great job pressure washing our house. Painting is not normally one of the services they offer, but Reubin recognized that we had an urgent need to repaint some exterior wood paneling before we had the house appraised, and offered to do the job as well. Quality Custom Cleaning is flexible and will work with your schedule to make sure that you are satisfied."

"They did an excellent job. They were self contained so they didn't need any hose or anything. The car looked wonderful when they finished including the tires, the leather seats and the engine.  I highly recommend them and the convenience of them coming to my house was just wonderful.  I will definitely use their service again."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.

Costs depend on paint type, surface condition, labor, and required prep work for repainting.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.

If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.
