"We had a guest suite added, master bath full remodel, all new garage interior and several smaller jobs inside the existing house. Rusty and Chris are thorough, fair when issues arise (supply chain is a nightmare currently) and do high quality work. All of their trades are professional and very accommodating which was a massive help considering we lived in the house through the project with 2 kids under 3."

"We recently had foundation work completed by Mountain Valley Foundation Services, and we can’t say enough good things! The level of professionalism, attention to detail, promptness, and work ethic deserves ten stars! Specifically, Will, Jimmy, and Myshaun were excellent to work with!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Nick and his crew were nothing less than outstanding. They were punctual, respectful, and after the work day was done they cleaned up (even if they were coming back the next day) - Nick and his crew are good people and do great work. If we need/want anything else done to our house, we know exactly who we will call to have it done."

"WOW! These guys absolutely SAVED my ceiling. HIGHLY RECOMEND. 10 STARS if I could. 40% of my living room ceiling had to be demoed due to a water leak. VM Drywall came to my house and provided a fair price for the work done, did a great job with the demo, sheetrock, tapping, mudding, sanding and final cleaning. My ceiling looks better now then when I bought my house. I will be using VM Drywall in the future and will recomend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much! Charlotte & Charlie."

"The work went pretty well. I took a look at the work underneath the house and the first time around it wasn't up to standards. They were very willing to come back and fix it."

"Elliot called me in reply to my online inquiry. He (patiently and professionally) answered my many coverage and price questions, then gave me time to 'digest' it all and called me back (as promised) at 4PM...to answer more questions. Elliot also worked with me to secure the maximum amount of discount savings. Time will tell if the warranty coverage/work is what it's cracked up to be, but Elliot Chahino is an excellent salesperson. Reach out to him directly if you want the same level of service attention. House Leveling questions, answered by experts

Many contractors offer warranties for their work. Confirm terms before starting the project.

A good slump height really depends on the project, but there is a use for nearly all slump levels. For example, low slumps are best in projects that require structure, such as curbs and roads. High slumps often require additional reinforcement, but they flow more freely into hard-to-reach spaces.

Trenching and boring are two distinct methods for installing underground utilities. Trenching involves digging a channel using equipment like an excavator, trencher, backhoe, or shovel. While it is a simpler process, it causes significant disruption to the surface, landscaping, and surrounding ecosystems.

Boring, also known as directional boring, is a less invasive alternative that uses a drill to create a tunnel for utility lines without disturbing the surface. This method is more precise and is ideal for installations that need to go underneath buildings, roads, or bodies of water. Although boring is less disruptive, it is generally more expensive than trenching.

The average cost for mudjacking is around $1,200, though prices can range from $300 to $3,400. On a per-square-foot basis, you can expect to pay between $3 and $8, with an average of about $5 per square foot. The final cost depends on several factors, including the square footage of the concrete, the type of slab, its accessibility, whether it is load-bearing, and the type of material used to lift it. Generally, lifting a driveway, small patio, or sidewalk is less expensive than lifting a slab foundation or garage floor.

Pros often use mudjacking or polyurethane foam injection to level a sunken concrete patio. Both methods lift the slab by filling voids beneath it. After properly compacting the soil beneath it to prevent future settling, the concrete may need to be removed and re-poured for severe sinking.
