"The provider has not contacted me to schedule the service.  I prepaid for an Angie's List "Deal" on 7/23/15.  I provided 3 dates to have the service performed during the week of 8/3.  The provider sent me an email confirming they received the request on 7/23 but they have not attempted to contact me since then.  I have called and left a message, I sent 4 email messages and I reached out to Angie's List customer service yesterday.  Still nothing.  I'm very disappointed.  

UPDATE:  Chris reached out to me on 8/11.  He and I agreed to give him a chance to complete the work.  He explained the new process where customers buy packages on line and enter dates for service is new and there will be an adjustment period as they incorporate this into their business plan.  "

"I bought this service on a Friday and they came on Saturday. They arrived at 10 am and were finished by noon.
I asked them to clean my porch and my sidewalk as well (this was not included in the Deal that I prepurchased) and he did that at no  extra cost.
They were clean, professional, and very good.  I would certainly use them again.

Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper.
