When I first called, it was fast and easy to get a rep sent over. They called to remind me of the appointment the day before. The rep called me on his way and gave me an ETA. The rep measured and explained the whole process and what would be needed to properly fix. He offered financing and a discount! Once the repair date was set, they called a few days ahead to confirm the day still worked for me. The crew called when they were on the way to give an ETA. Aubrey McJunkin led the crew assisted by Riley McQueen. They explained what they were going to do and got right to it. Aubrey estimated what time they would finish (spoiler alert- he was spot on by 3 minutes, which was probably due to me talking to the crew, haha) they showed great care with my yard by laying down plywood to drive the excavator on. They didn't mess a blade of grass up. They came with everything they needed and fixed the crack so well, I'm not even sure I'll need to re-grout it! Aubrey explained they opened a permit and would need to leave the holes open until the permit inspector comes and then they will send a crew to fill in. Let me tell you, if you are having a foundation issue, you would be a fool not to call Mount Valley.
