"We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. The hinges and hardware are high quality. We are extremely pleased with AWD and would recommend them to any friends or family looking for good cabinets at a fair price."

The highest quality products at the best price - when I started my company, that's what I sought to deliver to all of my customers. So when we went looking for a manufacturer for our Cabinet Refacing services, we teamed up with LeMica - "America's Finest Cabinet Doors." Renuit Remodeling is a Factory Direct Authorized Dealer of LeMica, and we're proud to offer their full line of Solid Wood, Vinyl Thermofoil and Formica brand Laminate Doors. All backed up with a written warranty, there's an array of styles and colors to choose from - basic white, a variety of wood grains, and even custom colors. \n\nIn addition, we custom build laminate countertops to make the transformation of your kitchen complete. Utilizing the full line of Wilsonart brand Premium Laminates, we can create the look of a solid surface or granite countertop and save you thousands! With a variety of natural stone patterns, surface textures, and beveled edges with no "black lines," you'll quickly realize this isn't the same laminate of days gone by. \n\nWe can transform your kitchen to the bright, modern kitchen of your dreams in a matter of days, not weeks, and save you thousands off the cost of a cabinet tear-out. Since there's no destruction of your current kitchen, you can even utilize it to cook meals in the evening, or use your remodel as an excuse to eat out! You'll experience less mess, inconvenience and a significant savings off the cost of a tradition remodel. As the owner, I will oversee every job to make sure you are completely satisfied - I personally guarantee it!

Pre Made Cabinets questions, answered by experts

If you're looking for ways to save money on custom cabinets, there are a few ways to cut costs without sacrificing beauty. For starters, comparing door styles to choose the most cost-effective option is a great way to save money on the overall project.

In addition, choosing a common wood species versus an exotic one will lower the price. Woods like oak and hickory are often more affordable wood choices, and the same goes for knobs, pulls, and other finishes where picking a commonly available style can reduce costs.

Installing cabinet toe kicks after installing flooring is common, as this produces a sleek, streamlined appearance along the cabinetry bases. The toe kick is a cabinetry term for the covered, recessed areas at the cabinet’s base that let you stand closer to the counter more comfortably by making room for your toes.

It is typically cheaper to buy stock or semi-custom cabinets than to build custom ones. The price difference is significant:

  • Custom Cabinets: Cost between $500 and $1,200 per linear foot. This price is affected by materials, size, design complexity, and door styles. For instance, a simple slab door's materials might cost $60-$70, while a decorative mullioned glass door could be $100-$200.

  • Semi-Custom Cabinets: Cost between $150 and $700 per linear foot.

  • Stock Cabinets: Cost between $100 and $400 per linear foot.

While buying pre-built cabinets is more cost-effective, building custom cabinets allows for full modification to fit unique spaces, such as rooms with high ceilings or unusual layouts, which stock options cannot accommodate.

Yes, there are some options for pre-built inset cabinets—and RTA ones, too—but the selection can be somewhat limited. Many homeowners who decide on inset cabinets choose to have them custom made.

To estimate the cost of your kitchen cabinet installation, measure along the wall where you want your cabinets to be. Add up the linear feet, remembering to include both upper cabinets and lower cabinets in your total. Then, calculate the cost by multiplying the average price per linear foot of the type of cabinet you plan to install by the total length you measured.
