"Professional Clyde and Brandon were very professional and was able to remove my old carpet and replace it with vinyl flooring in my office. They also cleaned up behind themselves and I didn't have to worry about anything except a beautiful new floor. They were fast and cost effective. My office floor looks so beautiful and im going back to them to help with more floors in my home"

"Unbelievably well!! Billy is the consummate craftsman. He is the professional that our parents and grandparents talked about when they told us about "real professionals." We met Billy through a neighbor that had Billy build a shelving system for their garage. We asked Billy to duplicate it. He exceeded it. Billy built us a two level shelving system in the garage that was exceptionally well constructed and reinforced. I have absolute confidence in walking on the shelves and in the shelves holding all of our storage needs. Billy has also helped us with installing hurricane panels during storms the last several years. Our first year, Billy worked into the night to make sure that we were prepared for the storm. Fees were fair and very reasonable and the professionalism was more than I could expect. Billy is a communicator, a genuinely and sincerely fair professional and one of the most hard-working individuals I have ever met. I could not recommend him more highly."

"The quality of the work performed was excellent. I am very pleased with the appearance of the replaced section of my driveway The front steps now look as good as new, as well. The cost exceeded the initial estimate, but I have to give them a pass on that, as there were some real surprises during removal of the old concrete (no grade preparation was done for the original driveway, just concrete poured over uneven ground, so in places it was 4" thick, and in others about 12" thick, making removal very difficult). Carlos Concrete did a good job with leveling the site and placing stone over the ground before pouring, and that should result in a better driveway long-term. My only reservation was a delay in removing the tree roots excavated from the site before pouring the new driveway section. They were professional and friendly."

"Excellent - I ended up hiring someone to help with shopping and finishing piece - waste of time and money. Jill's service was by far the most useful and best value in my decorating process.

Garages questions, answered by experts

Costs depend on the size of the garage, material quality, and additional features like lighting or workbenches.

Garage doors are heavy and close under power, so ensuring they're safe should be one of the priorities of a homeowner. Installing at least one sensor is a good start, but it doesn't hurt to have two, especially considering you can install a secondary system for less than $100. Remember that sensors require calibration and simple but regular maintenance checks— installing them is only the first step.

Garage door sensors work by using infrared beams to detect objects in the door’s path. One sensor sends a beam while the other receives it. When the beam is broken—say, by your car or anything else—the sensors signal the door to stop or reverse. It’s all about safety and making sure nothing gets trapped under the door. If they’re misaligned, the beam doesn’t connect, and the garage door might stay open or close regardless of obstructions.

Annually, to check for wear, lubricate parts, and ensure safe operation.

Most garage doors come with their own set of tracks and rollers from the manufacturer, so you don’t need to buy tracks separately.
