"Aaric's Irrigation, Lighting, and Backflow Testing came out good. Just very helpful. Nope, there's nothing they could've done to make the service better. Pricing was good. I would give them a B on the pricing for the additional work they did. Yes, I would consider using them in the future if I need them."

"We contacted P an D to help fix eroded mortar on our chimney contributing to a leak. Jeff and Tim were very responsive, communicated well and completed the job to satisfaction. They guaranteed their work, so when the original repair did not fix the problem, they came back and readdressed the issue with success. Would undoubtedly recommend and hire again."

Gas Fireplace Service questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can store a propane tank, whether it is full or empty. Remember that the container is contaminated with hazardous materials once it has housed propane, but as long as it’s properly placed in a well-ventilated, temperature-controlled space, a tank is unlikely to cause issues whether it is full of propane or not.

Yes, many services include the removal and disposal of old appliances. Confirm with your contractor.

Depending on the appliance and labor requirements, costs range from $150 to $500.

With a gas stove, it’s easy to adjust the heat and flame size, which gives you more control and speeds up cooking times. Preheating and boiling water are also quicker with a gas stove versus an electric stove. However, gas stoves have drawbacks as well, including the fact that they release toxic fumes when in use. Plus, they’re more expensive and harder to clean than electric stoves.

The time required to install or replace a gas appliance can range from under an hour to several hours. A typical installation takes 1-2 hours, but the exact duration depends on the complexity of the appliance, the type of connections, and overall site conditions.
