"I awoke to find no water pressure in any of the faucets and quickly realized the main water line to the house had failed and was flooding where it's attached at one of the walls of the house.  After quickly turning off the water main to the house, I searched Angie's list to find a reputable plumber in the area and found Mr. Rooter.  I was immediately able to reach somebody at Mr. Rooter who made a few calls and promptly called me back confirming that a plumber was en route (literally within an hour of calling).  Two trained plumbers (one with 30 years of experience) arrived as expected, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.  They had all necessary parts with them on the truck and the problem was solved much faster than I expected.  Given that the house is in a rural area (holiday lake house), I was not expecting such quick and professional service.  I was totally impressed.
