"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! Having assisted in many roofs in my youth while in in college, I KNOW what a B**** flat roofs are to repair, Mr T. did an outstanding job in 2 days with his crew.  NOT only was it done right the first time, when we noted a minor problem a month later he was solving the problem in 2 days. 

Cleanup was better than how it was before the job.  NO one smoked and ALL where polite and civilized.

The owner, George Whilhoit, reached out to me very fast and offered to meet me to get a quote for the job just a few hours after speaking to him on the phone. He was very nice and polite and even offered helpful design tips to create a subtle and inviting color palette for my grandmas new home. George also introduced me to his entire staff and assured me that the home would be handled with the greatest of care while they worked. Once they finished, the job looked amazing!
