They were so professional and had some of the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced. Coastal Shores Landscape & Property Maintenance has been serving the area since 2002. We offer complete landscape and property maintenance for homes, business, and developments.

"Even though the lawn and garden beds didn't look that great, we stuck with the seller's landscaping company, Coastal Shores, after purchasing a new home in Bluffton. That turned out to be a mistake and we made a change after 8 months of giving them an opportunity to improve. Most of the premium services listed in our contract like pruning, weeding, chemical treatments were either not performed or done so very sporadically. It was obvious to us that our neighbors had superior companies managing their properties so we switched. In my opinion the owner does not understand the basic tenants of good customer service. He was unresponsive to our concerns and despite knowing that we had issues never bothered to call or pay us a visit. He has a nice website though, but that didn't help our yard to look any better. He recently hired a new manager who has some good ideas about how to turn things around, so there is hope for the future - thus we gave the company a C instead of a D."
