Very unprofessional.
"After the successful completion of the initial landscape project outlined in our contract, (removed member name) continued to request additional small-list items to be completed in his yard. Each additional item was completed to (removed member name) satisfaction until the "project" mentioned in his review. While I was on site completing these additional items, (removed member name) would casually yet consistently ask for guidance on how to maintain his yard. Consulting services were not originally part of our business arrangement. I wish him the best with his yard. -Rusty"
