"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

"Long story short: New roof leaked after 3 years. We called the company and was told there was a 5 yr warranty for new roofs. They scheduled the repair date via their salesman, Alex, and then called us the day before to cancel the repair and said they would not honor the warranty. Unfortunately, I was never able to discuss this with one of the owners (builders recommendation) because they never returned my call. So disappointing to learn this from a company we thought was reputable. However, we did hear that these were not the original owners."
