"AMAZING! He's earned my trust. Shawn's incredibly knowledgeable, patient & kind. Not to mention easy on the eyes! Nice guy, for sure. It's clear he loves techy stuff & has an easy way of explaining things. I'm honestly shocked his prices aren't much more. His level of expertise coupled with his teaching skills are impressive. Here's what happened; I THOUGHT my computer was broken. I actually made a few lengthy (customer service calls first. I have no idea what button i pushed or didn't push when my computer starting going crazy! It seemed like 20 - 40 new tabs opened up simultaneously... one immediately following the next! I panicked & pushed something. I think i pulled a few cords! The screen turned black, then flashed, now random letters & possibly numbers started typing themselves out!
