"Mike took on a small project no one else wanted because it required special skills and knowledge. He has those! His years of experience with fabrics saved my couch from chemical burn marks from other spot cleaners. I highly recommend."

"Donna was a pleasure to speak with to set up my appointment. Bobby arrived on time and asked us about any specific things we mY have wanted done. He was very professional, while being very friendly. He was able to get all the stains out of our rugs and went above and beyond . Bobbyâ s a very hard worker and my 10 year old rug looks brand new! Thank you Bobby for your hard work and attention to detail. We will be recommending you to our friends and neighbors! We will definitely be using Horry Carpet Cleaning again! "We would absolutely recommend using C & J Cleaning Services again. In fact, we already have our next cleaning on the calendar. They were able to reach areas that our aging bones prevent us from reaching. And more! Everything about their work was exemplary."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can clean your air conditioner filter as a temporary fix for cleaning up dirt, but you’ll eventually need to replace it once the dust starts to accumulate. Use a vacuum with a hose attachment to clean your air filter at least once per year or more often if you have pets.

While a carbon filter can reduce particles in the air, it’s not intended to reduce moisture, and the filter will be less effective in a humid environment. To lower the humidity in your hydroponic set-up, you should opt for a dehumidifier instead of a filter.

For washable or electrostatic air conditioner filters, you can soak and rinse them with water. If you rinse the filter with water, make sure to use a faucet, shower head, or garden hose with a gentle water pressure setting, as strong water pressure could damage the filter.

But for disposable filters, water could ruin the filter, even allowing mold to grow in the filter. Instead, these filters should be replaced.

Air purifiers can remove pet dander and other contaminants from the indoor air in your home. An air purifier draws air into the unit and filters it to remove pollutants and allergens before releasing it into the room. These appliances are especially beneficial for anyone suffering from allergies and asthma.

Both an air purifier and a dehumidifier can help prevent future mold growth, but neither can remove existing mold. An air purifier will improve air quality and trap mold spores in the air, whereas a dehumidifier will reduce moisture in the environment. Keep in mind that you need to make sure your air purifier uses HEPA filters, which are rated for mold removal.
