Square D, the company that installed the central sound system in our 13 year-old house had long since gone out of business. I couldn’t tell the guys what was done, so they were left completely on their own to figure it out, which they did quickly. Because of the system’s age, there were no parts readily available. Luke was genuinely upset by this and without charging me that day, left saying that he wanted to do some research, and that he’d be back in touch. I kind of expected not to hear anything for awhile, but he called the next day with a solution. It took several visits and a couple more research sessions on their part, but they got us back up and running. Additionally, we were in the market for a new HD TV, and they found us a fabulous deal on a Sony (picture uploaded here). They brought it over and had it mounted in an hour. I’m sorry to say that business ethics like theirs are rare. This, combined with their genuine love of what they do, make for a very one-of-a-kind business."
