"Attempted to set up two times for pick up of items from my carport. Both times they did not show and did not contact me to let me know that they were not coming or to explain why. It was only when I had contacted them two times following the first no-show that they responded and set up the second attempt. That was a no-show and no contact. I had to delay work I was having done to my carport another week because these items were in the way and I didn’t know when they would be removed. I ended up contacting another bidder for this quote to take care of it."

When I first reached out, the owner told me the city should pick that up and he would hate to charge me for something the city should do. I listened to him and the city did pick it up. For him being so honest, I decided to hire them to remove some old furniture, rather than wait for the city next pick up. It is not common at times to find honest people. The owner was honest and when you are honest customers will reward you with their loyalty. I would highly recommend them for all hauling projects. They are very honest and that goes a long way these days."
