I recently had the pleasure of working with Bert from Pro star and I can’t recommend him high enough. He was professional, considerate, and incredibly informative about what I needed to do to have my belongings removed. Bert did not only help me identify items that needed to be removed, but also pointed out things I could still use showing his genuine care for my situation. His honesty and expertise made the process much easier than I anticipated. I will definitely be hiring him for future projects, such as painting and more thank you Bert for your exceptional service.

Mr. Brown and the Pro Star workers were wonderful! He is a very professional person. The power washing of my house, driveway and sidewalk as well as my patio made me gasp. Under all that dirt was a house! The project was done in a timely manner. Everything is so clean I couldn’t believe that I had let it get so bad. The crew worked steadily without any problems. I’m so happy with how they handled all the mess I had given them. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Pro Star to friends and family. A true gentleman devoted to doing business within a timeframe and always smiling and kind!

Wanted full payment before services complete. Did not always communicate and or show due to weather. Had difficulties with equipment and employee availability to complete job. No consideration of time and or accommodations that had to be made to complete the job.

"it's obvious that the customer did not look at the weather report because it was tornado warnings, also the payment in question was because my worker wanted to disassemble the swing set for his child. I asked if I could be paid that day because he was coming back to disassemble the following day. he said he was uncomfortable doing that so I let it be I didn't think it was unreasonable to ask. Not only was a customer satisfied verbally he also tipped us fifty bucks."

Bert was fast to respond to my request for a quote and was able to come the next day. His pricing was approximately half of what I had expected and in talking with him, found several other opportunities to hire him in the near future. Bert and his helper Jay were great to work with and did a great job.

I would not recommend this company for anything but hauling junk off. Company/Owner claimed they could do certain jobs that they were not certified to do. I learned this after a bad job and had to go through arbitration to get my money back. Even then he refused to the refund for months before giving in to the arbitration award given to me. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.
