"I had my siding done, the crew was great they were very professional and positive and everyone was very nice by waving and smiling. They were really good at clean up and no pile of trash as they were going they piled up things and took them away promptly. Jon was my PM and handled the job professionally and explained everything as needed. Would recommend! He even got my dog to come back from across the street."

I have called numerous times, sent messages numerous times, it is now August and gutters are not repaired. I left a 1 star review several weeks ago and I finally got a return call. Tracey from their office assured me a project manager would contact me within 24 hours. No one has called. Gutters still leaking. I will say it again, DO NOT HIRE HOME GENIUS. Poor quality work. No customer service. Sales representative told us there was a warranty. They Lie. "

After inspecting the roof, he asked to go into the attic to complete his evaluation. Once he was done, he took his time to explain what he found and provided us with picture so we could make an informed decision. We talked through the different options. We then made the decision to go with Mighty Dog Roofing. He explained the next steps. The process went quickly for us. They came out on a Monday and started work on Thursday of the same week. What stands out to us is that we were kept informed every step of the way. In our case we had to do a full roof replacement. The crew that worked on our roof were very polite and professional. A standard drill will work just fine if you’re drilling small holes, and only a few of them. While you don’t absolutely need a hammer drill for stucco, it is a worthy investment if you think you might drill more holes down the road.
