They initially penciled us in for one date, and that had to be delayed. We agreed upon a new date and time, but then they forgot about that after not showing on that date, they said it would be 9 AM the next day. That morning they changed the time to noon. They finally showed up at 2:30 PM. This was a problem for us because we had a short window to help my stepmom get things settled in. The delays and waiting around used up almost that entire time."
