"Home Innovations Of Augusta responded to my inquiry almost immediately and set up a time to call the following week. After talking to them on the phone we quickly set up a time for them to come out and price the project. When they arrived, they were very polite and professional. I was not provided a quote but told that they would have to order new cabinet doors. Once Home Innovations Of Augusta got a price on the cabinet doors they would contact me again. That was the last I heard from them. One month after the initial call I sent a follow up message to see if they were going to be able to do the project or not. I again got a prompt reply saying they would look into why i hadn't received a quote. That was the last I heard from them. As my initial conversation and meeting with Home Innovations Of Augusta seemed to go well I had high hopes of some quality work but being completely ignored has changed my opinion. If Home Innovations Of Augusta had continued to act in a professional manner I would have had no issue with contracting them for the work and recommending them to others.
