"Mike arrive on time and was very professional. He started immediately with the house by applying cleaning chemical. He took his time and made sure every area was clean before moving on. He let water dry on house and then walked around house to make sure he did not miss anything. House and porches took about 2 hours. Mike then did detached garage the same way. The concrete driveway had not been pressured washed in 15 years and he made it look almost brand new. He was polite and if we need anything extra done he did it without question. We have already booked him to redo our deck, repair vinyl siding and fix a couple more shingles on our roof.

"They did a fair job. I completely forgot to leave a review right after they completed the job. But I guess better late than never. There were several spots that they didn't screw in the boards on the porch. The price more than doubled from the initial quote. I would've been happy to pay the final price had they not missed things. I even reached back out to them about the garage door they forgot to fix and he couldn't get anyone back out apparently. This was after I paid him the full amount owed. It was also kind of irritating that they used and dirtied up my swiffer and ladders to clean up their mess from removing the popcorn ceiling. I figured they would've had their own cleaning supplies for that or at least cleaned off my supplies when finished. I honestly am giving him as high of rating as I am because he did provide most of what I asked."

"Performance contracting was fantastic to work with. When I was looking for a contractor, the most important aspects I wanted were honesty, fairness, on-time, quality and follow-up. Ken and Jay fit that description perfectly. It's not too common to find contractors that fit everything. They are hard workers and aim to please and extremely trustworthy. I would certainly hire them again and recommend them. In fact, I have recommended them already to some of my friends and clients and they have performed well for them too. We will continue to use them for other things as they come up. You can't go wrong by hiring this team."

"Mr. O'Sullivan did a wonderful job on our garage. He exceeded our expectations with the quality of the job. He was very communicative and did everything the way we wanted it done. He is very professional and a very nice man, but he also does great work. He used the best materials and didn't scrimp on anything. We are extremely happy with the garage."
