"Chris was professional, explained the job and showed me pictures of each step involved with cleaning our dryer vent I admitted hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years. He never shamed me but encouraged me to clean every year. Honestly my laundry room was cleaner after he left. He sweep up missing socks and dog fur before putting our dryer back in place. He exceeded our expectations."
